Professional Application Instructions

To ensure the best results and maximum durability for your Color-full DTF Transfers, please follow these calibrated steps carefully.

1. Equipment Preparation

● Heat Press: Ensure your heat press is fully heated and the platen is clean.
● Temperature: Set your press to 290°F.
● Pressure: Use Medium-Firm pressure (approximately 50-60 PSI).

2. Pre-Pressing the Garment

● Place your garment on the press.
● Press the bare fabric for 3–5 seconds.
● Why? This removes moisture and wrinkles, ensuring a smooth surface for the transfer to bond

3. The Main Press

● Alignment: Position your Color-full DTF Transfer with the design facing up (the white adhesive side should be touching the fabric).
● Pressing Time: Close the press and apply heat for 12–15 seconds

4. The Peel (Hot Peel)

● Action: Peel the film immediately after the press opens.
● Technique: Start from one corner and pull in a smooth, continuous motion while the transfer isstill hot.
Note: Do not wait for the transfer to cool.

5. Finishing Press (Optional but Recommended)

To increase the durability and "soft-hand" feel of the design:
● Place a cover sheet (Teflon for gloss, parchment paper for matte) over the design.
● Press a second time for 5 seconds.
● This helps "lock" the design into the fibers of the garment.

Garment Care Instructions

● Wait 24 hours before the first wash.
● Wash inside out in cold water.
● Tumble dry on low or hang to dry for maximum longevity.
