Processing Time

Custom printed orders typically require 3–5 business days for production before shipment. Rush production options may be available — contact us for details.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and begin after production is complete.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Returns & Reprints

Because all products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or ordering errors.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error on our part, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your claim and offer a reprint or store credit at our discretion. We do not issue refunds for custom printed products.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. Make It Personal is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will do our best to assist.
