These Terms of Purchase govern all transactions made through the Make It Personal website. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. You will be notified promptly if your order is cancelled.
Custom Orders
Because our products are personalized and made to order, all sales are considered final once production has begun. Please review all proofs and order details carefully before approving your order.
Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Proofs & Approval
For certain custom orders, a digital proof will be provided for your review. Production will not begin until proof approval is received. Make It Personal is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order and before production has begun. Once production starts, cancellations are not guaranteed and may be subject to a fee.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
