Our Quality Commitment

At Make It Personal, we stand behind the quality of every product we produce. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

What Is Covered

  • Print quality issues (fading, smearing, misalignment) not caused by customer-submitted file errors
  • Structural defects in the product (e.g., binding failures, coating defects)
  • Orders that do not match the approved proof

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear
  • Errors in customer-submitted artwork, text, or design files
  • Color variations due to differences between screen displays and printed output (slight variations are inherent to the printing process)
  • Orders where no proof was requested or where the proof was approved with existing errors

Warranty Period

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

How to File a Claim

Contact our support team at sales@makeit-personal.net with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. We will respond within 2 business days.

Resolution

Approved warranty claims will be resolved with a reprint of the affected items at no charge. We do not offer cash refunds under this warranty.
